Apparently very rare (OCLC finds a copy at the American Ant. Soc. Lib. but no other). Walgren (1040) states that 500 copies were ordered to be printed. Shaw & Shoemaker 15062. Not in Watkins [International Masonic Collection, 1723-2011] which has only an 1848 reprint (#968].
